Service scope
This is not a rated competition server, professional coaching service, or game-record certification service. Features may change as the board is developed.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not harass others, disrupt rooms, impersonate players, bypass room controls, or automate high-volume requests.
Rules used by this board
Games use an 8×8 Shatranj board. White moves first. The ferz steps one diagonal, the alfil leaps two, pawns never take a double step, and promotion is to ferz only. Stalemate wins, and a bare king wins unless the opponent can bare your king on the next move.
Mode differences
Local AI games offer hints, undo, and replay. Shared-device games offer undo and replay without move suggestions. Shared online rooms synchronise accepted moves and do not offer hints or undo. They use room links or codes, not rankings or automated matchmaking.
AI and liability
All vs-AI levels search in a browser Worker. Hints use the same search as the level you selected. AI moves and hints are for practice only; the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
